Payment Options

• Pay as you go (cash/ credit card/check) patient portion of treatment per appointment.
• 5% cash or check discount when patient portion of treatment plan is paid up front when treatment begins (patient portion must be $500.00 or more.)
• When treatment requires lab work pay half of fee at first visit and half when case is completed at the lab, and delivered.
• Care Credit-interest free loan for up to a year for those who qualify for treatment cost that is $300.00 or more.
• 5% senior discount of patient portion for patient that are 65 years or older.
